the information, documents, and the online training courses (collectively, “Materials") found on this Site. The
use of the Materials is restricted to the non-commercial, internal training of the Partner’s employees only.
The Materials may not be used for training, promotion, or sales to customers or other partners or third
parties.

2. All the Materials are trademarks of Oracle and are proprietary information of Oracle. Partner or other
third party at no time has any right to resell, redistribute or create derivative works from the Materials.

3. Oracle disclaims any warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any Materials. 
Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without
limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Site Visitor

• External Site Visitor is the one who accesses the


external web site for job search but does not create
an account.
• External Site Visitors can access iRecruitment
system using IrcVisitor.jsp. The location of this jsp
depends on the application server and is of the
syntax
http://hostname:port/OA_HTML/IrcVisitor.jsp
• External Site Visitor can register in iRecruitment by
providing the email address and password which
can then be used for accessing iRecruitment

Registered User

• When an external visitor registers in iRecruitment,


an Oracle HRMS user is automatically created using
the visitor’s e-mail address as the username. The
iRecruitment External Candidate responsibility is
assigned to the user.
• All registered users are created as person records
in a Business Group
• Profile IRC: Registration Business Group, is used to
define the default business group for candidate
registration.

Employee Referral

• The Employee referral function enables employees to


create candidate profiles and refer them to a manager who
in turn can pursue the candidate for a suitable vacancy
• Employees can refer candidates only to vacancies which
are marked for employee referral.
• Once the employee creates a candidate profile, the
candidate receives an email notification with login
credentials. The candidate can login, and also update
his/her profile, search for jobs and submit job applications.
• Candidates registering themselves can give reference of
an employee while creating a profile or submitting a job
application

• Candidates can provide details on how they know the


employee who is the referral source.
• They can also provide an email Id of the employee who is
the source of referral. If the email ID of the employee is
incorrect the candidate gets an iRecruitment notification
requesting correction.
• If the email ID of the employee provided is correct the
employee receives an iRecruitment notification regarding
the candidate’s application information
• Recruiters and Managers can search for candidates who
are referred by employees
