the information, documents, and the online training courses (collectively, “Materials") found on this Site. The
use of the Materials is restricted to the non-commercial, internal training of the Partner’s employees only.
The Materials may not be used for training, promotion, or sales to customers or other partners or third
parties.

2. All the Materials are trademarks of Oracle and are proprietary information of Oracle. Partner or other
third party at no time has any right to resell, redistribute or create derivative works from the Materials.

3. Oracle disclaims any warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any Materials. 
Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without
limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Agency User
Overview

An Agency user is an external person who is part of a


recruiting agency and who accesses iRecruitment to:
• Create details of their candidates.
• Search for vacancies assigned to their agency
• View vacancy details such as the maximum number of
applicants that they can submit for a vacancy and the existing
number of submitted applicants.
• Search for candidates created by their agency using searches
such as prospect pool, individuals, or resumes.
• Apply for jobs on behalf of their candidates.
• Progress applicants for a vacancy if the enterprise delegates
the recruiting activity to the agency

• Agency user can create candidates from any of the


pages like
• Prospect Pool
• Individuals
• Resumes
• Candidates created by agency users are associated
with the agency for all subsequent recruitment
activities.
• Application lists all agency candidates with the
agency name and this helps recruiting managers to
easily identify them.

Vacancy Search

• Agency user can view the vacancies assigned to their


agency only.
• Search for vacancies can be done using criteria such
as vacancy name and the creation date. The following
details for a vacancy can be viewed:
• Number of job applications made for the vacancy.
• Vacancy availability period.
• Whether their agency is the sole agency.
• Whether their agency can manage all applicants for the
vacancy.
• Agency User can also

• View their applicants for a vacancy.
