WHAT IS BASKETBALL?
◦ Basketball is a game played between two teams of five players each on a
rectangular court, usually indoors. Each team tries to score by tossing the ball
 through the opponent’s goal, an elevated horizontal hoop and net called a
basket.
The following are the five most important basketball fundamentals, in no specific order:

I CHOSE THIS PARTICULAR SPORT WHICH IS BASKETBALL BECAUSE PLAYING BASKETBALL IS
GOOD FOR MY HEALTH. I OFTEN PLAY IT IN THE SCHOOL PLAYGROUND WITH MY CLASSMATES. IT IS
AN ENJOYABLE AND HEALTHY SPORT WHICH CAN BRING US JOY, FOSTER BETTER FRIENDSHIPS AND
HELP US GROW TALLER. BASKETBALL IS A TEAM SPORT. TEAMWORK ALSO IS VERY IMPORTANT
MEANS RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER. EVEN FROM THE BEGINNING, BASKETBALL INCLUDED RULES
AGAINST HARMING ONE ANOTHER. I WILL LEARN LIFE LESSONS ABOUT PLAYING COMPETITIVELY
BUT STILL MAINTAINING A SENSE OF SAFETY.

ANAEROBIC SPORT, IT IS STILL A GREAT WORKOUT THAT CAN HELP MY HEALTH:
