• Certified by the AMERICAN NATIONAL BOARD as a steam boiler & pressure vessels
inspector.
• Certified by the American Welding Society (AWS) as a welding inspector.
• Certified by the American petroleum institute (A.P.I), as pressure vessels inspector.
• ASNT level II radiographic examination
• Wide range of courses in Israel &abroad related to the above certifications,
like advanced N.D.T. methods, material failures, quality auditors & heat exchangers
fabrication &repairs.
Professional Experience

• 30 years of inspection &supervision for all critical power generation equipments.

• Employed by the Israel electrical company design and quality departments and
partially by W.I.S (welding inspection and supervision services ASME authorized
inspection agency (A.I.A.).
• Expert in codes and standard requirements like API, ASME, TEMA, AWS, ASTM,
and the equivalent European standard.
• Wide experience to transfer quality code requirements to inspection and testing plans
for all type of power generating and petrochemical industry.
• Heat exchangers, boilers (fossile&H.R.S.G.), major piping systems (P91), heavy
structural steel, coal ship unsolders, titanium condensers and much more, were
fabricated in Israel and abroad under my direct supervision. Familiar to the capabilities
and quality systems to most local and foreign suppliers to the above
mentioned equipment.
• Preparing welding and N.D.T. procedures for all types of materials used during
fabrication for the above equipments become a normal practice.
