When you write, always make sure that

An abbreviation, simply put, is a shortened
form of a word. In writing, abbreviations are
useful when you need to squeeze a lot of
writing into a small space.

PUNCTUATION
Be careful when using punctuation, especially in
formal text. Punctuation marks guide the reader
how they should read a certain text.
Avoid exclamation marks (!) unless they are part
