SWOT Analysis:

1. Strength:
 The company have excellect network, which provides good quality product
with minimum time.
 ISO standard helps in marketing at international level.

2. Weakness:
 It is not having separate marketing at international level.
 No international re organization by its own name.

3. Opportunities:
 Whatever is produced is exported.
 Opportunity to enter plug valve market.
4. Threats:
 No thread in the sense of competitors, because it is not independent firm
but it has got joint venture with flowserve USA.

 The only threat is flowserve USA may take back shares in Microfinish or can
stop giving export order to Flowserve Microfinish pvt ltd.
