Mobile Delivery
Presentation by New Mexico Tech instructors
•Host agency responsibilities:
– Contact IRTB course scheduling manager for training
request form
– Submit training request form to DHS point of contact
(POC) for your state
– Once approved by State POC, submit training request
form to NMT course scheduling manager
– Provide training facility/arrange location for class
– Recruit attendees and manage attendee registration

Mobile Delivery (cont.)


• New Mexico Tech responsibilities
– Provide instructors and course materials
– Supply participant guides for all students
– Deliver the training in accordance with DHS
and NMT guidelines
– Administer pre-test, post-test, and course

– Handle all post-course reporting paperwork

Requirements for Mobile Delivery


• Minimum of 50 students per day
• No maximum number of students, provided the
facilities are adequate
• Reach out to other agencies in the surrounding
area to meet the minimum attendance
requirement
• NMT/EMRTC will work with jurisdiction to provide
training on a convenient day, date, and time

Suicide Bombing Incidents (PRSBI)
Purpose
•To provide skills and knowledge to prevent, interdict, mitigate,
and/or respond to a suicide bombing incident
Target Audience
•First responders and others who prepare for or direct response to
terrorist incidents involving suicide bombing attacks
•Senior- and mid-level first responders who have input into
procedure and policy decisions

Bombing Incidents – Tactical (PRSBI-T)
Purpose
•To provide skills and knowledge necessary for state and local tactical
teams develop plans, policies, and procedures to prevent and respond
to suicide bombing incidents
Target Audience
•State and local tactical teams, including bomb techs who work with
tactical teams
•People responsible for conducting WMD training or developing plans,
policies, procedures and tactics for WMD incidents

Purpose
•To provide first responders with skills and knowledge to
create plans, procedures, and tactics to prevent and
