Factory Facility

 Facilities for in house testing :-

We have in house facilities to perform all routine tests as per the relevant standards and
temperature rise test on Part of Resistor (Not a complete unit) made from derivation of equivalent
values of voltage, current, duty cycle and temperature rise.
HV Test Facility upto 45KV
1. Visual and Dimensional check.
2. Resistance measurement within tolerance of ±10 % using digital Ohmmeter.
3. Insulation resistance measurement using megger.
4. High Voltage withstand test as per as per the IEEE-32 (1972) standard
Factory Facility

 Manufacturing facilities
All resistors are manufactured in house with support of required specialized
machinery. We brought-out items like Isolators, Vacuum Contactors,
Current/Voltage Transformers, Meters & relays with all electrical accessories used in
our assembled Panels. Process of painting / powder coating of enclosures is outsourced
from a well reputed and approved vendor. We also have a developed vendor for CNC
fabricated enclosures which can be qualified for seismic withstand capability.
