1 to generate leads for real estate in western Pune under Re/Max and  Customer has started to look at Real Estate as easy money, Most of the properties are bought by
  Rich section of society for an investment purpose.

   Renting and Leasing has become the stable source of income for many.
 Lead generation educates and informs people in defined market regarding product and its features
 Social media site are great choice when it comes to marketing strategy. LinkedIn should be
preferred as it is more focused towards professional networking
 Have a short memory – at least where it counts .The easiest way to lose your mind and absolutely
hate your job in sales is to get frustrated when people tell you NO. This was my biggest challenge,
so have a short memory – at least where it counts.

RECOMENDATIONS
To compete with various local agents and companies Re/max should adopt a defensive
marketing strategy to cope with the attack from other companies. And use more social media
appearance to create awareness.
Personalized touch in the products, let the customer decide the detailing of the properties. An
agent should assist them with a true picture of the property.
Company should provide the leads to interns which are of present times to work upon, as then it
will give positive output.
Induction program should be strongly held for new joining employees.
Landing page should be improved and updated.

CONCLUSION
what’s the budget and preferred location ,people are
interested to invest in.
Regarding the HR department what work environment
female candidates are willing to work.
we can see that the female candidates prefer office job
or Work from home mode of employment rather than
field work in sales.
