Triwahyuni dan Abdul Kadir, 2004) • A presenter must prepare himself/ herself optimally related to mental, the understanding of the materials, supporting tools/ equipment, and the understanding about the audiences. • Basic preparation in doing presentation (Djoko Purwanto, 2003): • 1. Mastery of the topic/ materials presented • 2. Mastery of supporting tools/ equipment • 3. Analyzing the audiences (who are they?) • 4. Analyzing the places (where the presentation takes place) Some tips in presentation:
• Consider adding pictures and applying effects to the slides.
• Consider adding relevant multi medias and facts. • Don’t show too much texts in the slides (try to make the materials solid and brief). • One slide, one point/ sub topics. • Consider the font sizes.
