Meaning of stress

Stress is the reaction of people have to excessive


pressure or other types of demand placed on them.it
arises when they fear that they can’t cope.
• It is the ''wear and tear’’ our minds and bodies
experience as we attempt to cope with our
continually changing environment..

• Difficulty sleeping
• Headaches
• Low energy
• Trembling
• Racing heartbeat
• Muscle tension , especially
in the neck and shoulders
Types of stress
• Acute stress-:this is short time stress.this is those
type of we most encounter in day to day life.this
type of stress is positive or distressing.
• Chronic stress-:this is stress that scens never ending
and inescapable like the stress of bad marriage and
taxing job.
• Episodic acute stress-:episodic acute stress is acute
stress that you Alwayas feel like in a pressure and
thought your things are wrong This is exchausting
both physically and mentally.
