INTRODUCTION

 In a perfect world, no workplace issues will emerge. Everyone


would get along, work would be done and nobody would ever
be unhappy. We all have different personalities that influence
how we communicate, which can lead to some tension if we
spend a lot of time with the same people. Workplace issues
may lead to lower performance and efficiency, work loss /
termination, reduced satisfaction / happiness, stress and a
wide range of mental health problems. So we will discuss
about workplace issues that were shared by one of the staff
from my com

WORKPLACE ISSUE
1. Lack of Training

 The company rarely send the staffs/workers to any training that related
to their job scopes.
By ignoring the importance of workplace training, you could risk with
unsafe work environments, reduced productivity of the staff and
increased staff turnover.
Company could face legal consequences, a rise in injuries at the
workplace, a drop in staff morale and an increased absence

2. Communication/Information

 Exchanging information need clear communication.


When we gave unclear communication, it will lead to failure
for the operation system.
Whether through email, logbook or text message.
Language and dialect also must be clear when we are talking

3. Lack of Equipment and Facilities

Management must ensure that they pay attention to the type and quality
of equipment the workers are using.
Capital spending on facilities and services constitutes a very high
percentage of operating expenses.
Know what's needed and stock it, and then keep it.

4. Opinion got rejected

 Opinion got rejected when in a meeting or discussion. This is


because the different level of position.
Executive level playing favorite with some staff.

5. Overtime Limitation (Stress)

 Overtime controlled by the upper management.


Make the employer stress because lack of money to pay
commitment
RECOMMENDATION
 When a conflict occurs, it's not just a ‘ bad ' warning, it sometimes implies
creativity and creating a more harmonious workplace.
 Do not ' hide the head in the sand ' when you are in a workplace dispute,
try to face it and fix it. Develop communication skills, improve emotional
intelligence, value others, all of these are helpful in preventing conflict.
 Propose for training to the management and ask the company to provide
complain box or hotline
CONCLUSION
 Conflicts arise in the workplace between individuals and groups, which
can lead to a series of negative influence on the organization. Cultural
differences, differences in gender, differences in personality all sorts of
differences occur when people work together. Workplace conflict
resolution and avoidance can improve work efficiency. A win - win
situation is about creating a harmonious workplace. After all,
interpersonal skill is necessary, to communicate is one of the best ways
to solve a conflict.
