 The first stage will be growth. I wonder what I want to be in the future when I
was a kid. I keep switching hobbies, the same way with the other boy. As I get older, I
like to imagine one day being a soldier. This is because my grandfather was a soldier
and I love guns. The passion of becoming a soldier does not go away when I get
older.

Next, exploratory stages. In this stage, the children had undergone puberty and
tends to explore all kinds of things that the world has offer and they were up to
challenges. During the early stages, I want to be a Software Engineer. This is because
I love to play video game and at the age 13, I built up my own PC. Due to that, I can
gain more knowledge about the computer part and software. However, my ambitions
to be a software engineer need to be forgotten because of family request. Thus, I
choose to study chemical engineering technologist and earned a diploma. At first, I
never intend to become a chemical engineer as I weak in chemistry and my SPM
result is not good. But as my parents request so I study as hard as I can there until now
and I will make my parents proud of me.

During the third stage which is establishment stages, after an internship at Shinko
Electronic Company, I was offered to be a technician in wastewater treatment
department. It is quite dilemmas since I must make decision whether I should
continue study or accept the offer. After some of advice from my close friends and
family, I decided to accept the offer. So, on 2018 I started my first Job in Shinko
Electronic. I worked there for about 2 years before I have been offered from another
company. During the lockdown Covid19 pandemic, I received two interviews from
two company which is Top Glove and Mondelez International. This was a quite tough
moment for me since I have to choose one of this company. The reason why I want to
jump to another company is because I would like to get out from my comfort zone
and gain more experience and knowledge. For information, I did not apply for the
position and the job. They found my resume on Jobstreets. With going through the
interview, I managed to pass both interview from both companies. I chose Top Glove
as my next career to build up more experience and skills.

When I go into maintenance stages, I will live financially stable with my happy
family. Keep gaining more knowledges and experiences and contribute to our people.
