My Role
Android Developer: An Android developer is responsible for developing applications for
devices powered by the Android operating system. Due to the fragmentation of this
ecosystem, an Android developer must pay special attention to the application’s
compatibility with multiple versions of Android and device types.

This job generally requires the ability to do the following work:

Know Java and XML
Work from UI/UX requirements, APIs, mockups to build functional, high-performance
Android apps.
Understand the nuances of fragments and Android XML layouts, and how to create
adaptive interfaces that work for multiple device form factors.
Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs to increase the functionality of new applications.
Develop and design software based prototypes.
Technology Used
Java: As the project is developing an Android Application, the default programming language
is Java. All Android applications are built using Java in Android Studio. Java is a popular and
widely used language throughout the world. As mentioned in, Java is one of the powerful
programming languages. It is easy to learn, understand and implement.

Android: Android Studio is exclusively designed for developing Android applications. It

consists of all Android SDK tools to design, develop, maintain, test, debug and publish our app.
The IDE is designed very efficiently which makes the developer’s job easy. It also supports the
IntelliJ IDE, the main idea behind this IDE is that it automatically senses the variables,
methods, classes, built-in functions or it could be anything else when we press the first letter of
it.
Project Details
Agricultural E-Commerce Android App:
The project aimed at developing a Agricultural E-Commerce Android App in
which system enables efficient storage of user data using Firebase storage that can
be accessed with proper login information provided. All the user interfaces
(Frontend) have been designed using the Android Studio. The application will
designed for Agricultural E-Commerce by which customer can buy Agricultural
Products, view Product details and user can review the product and user can also
view their Profile easily. In this application, Firebase will be used as the internal
database (Backend) which can store all the login and Sign up information, users
profile details and product details.

Conclusion
After completing this project, I concluded that this project was the good opportunity
to implement my information that I have learnt during my internship program. This
project is more informative and more helpful for understanding the concept of the
android app development. This project is only a small and easy one but it is enough
to implement my concept. I can further try much harder to make much more efficient
and useful app that can benefit too other. I expect that this internship gives me a
knowledge that how the real time projects is made and how it provide the service to
the customer.
