A: Yes, Mrs. Smith, please tell me what we can do for you.
B: Well, I was checking the hotel’s facilities and services booklet and I have some questions.
A: Sure, tell me, Mrs. Smith.
B: Thanks... First, is the restaurant still open?
A: Yes, it is. It closes in forty-five minutes, but if you hurry, you’ll make it.
B: That's fantastic, and what kind of food do you serve there?
A: We have a wide variety of dishes from different countries—Chinese, Italian, Mexican, and more.
B: Amazing! Thanks. Also, I didn’t see a pool here when I came. Is there one here?
A: Yes, the pool is on the fourth floor, but at this moment it is closed. Its service is from ten am to four pm.
B: Thank you very much for the info. By the way, I wanted to ask you about the airport shuttle. Is it a bus or a
taxi?
A: We have two options, If you take the shuttle, which is a bus, it’s free, but if you’re in a hurry, we can also
provide you a taxi, but that service has an extra fee of five dollars.

B: Well, I was wondering if you can help me with some things I need.
A: Sure, tell me what do you need?
B: Well, first, we need extra towels, there aren’t’ enough in the room.
A: Certainly. How many do you need?
B: Two more would be OK. Also, is it possible to request a rollaway bed? Does it
have an extra cost?
A:  Not a problem, Mrs. Smith, I’ll ask to the bellman to bring it up to you, it doesn’t
have any extra cost, it’s included in your fee.
B: Fantastic! Finally, we have a lot of clothes here, but when we opened the closet,
we noticed that there weren’t enough hangers. Could you send more of them with
the bellman too, please?
A: Of course, we’ll send you the hangers you need too, Do you need something else?
