Hose assembly
• MRC area created with lock & key arrangement-All rejections are properly accounted and closed
• MRC zone ( container , visual aid & team meet up ) created & all the issues closed as on date with proper disposition action , the
above point made this zone cleared.
• BCP , RIOP & others – 400-part number PPAP – uploaded on time and it is approved by the customer without any quality
complication – For both tube and hose assembly
• Calibration of all gauges & measuring devices are completed on time with monitoring of history card
• Recently we completed PPAP for 793GC(217-part numbers) & 320GX(38-part numbers)approved by the customer (precise quality
documentation)- 775kinetics on going PPAP for projects
• Customer & supplier relationship is maintained for both Hose & tube assemblies.
• 1 Page DMAIC tool introduced for problem solving.
• All Customer, Supplier rejections & inhouse complaints are closed with proper 8D and credit note is raised
• RIOP completed the year 2021 with zero PPM.
• Credit note tracking summary is created & it contributes value of 16 lakhs to our organization
• Preparation of ISO Documentation for both hose & tube assembly taken up & with no errors
• Internal Audit (ISO)completed most of the departments(hose ,tube, cab) & verified and cleared the external audit with no major
and minor NC.
• Immediate action to all customer complaints & analyzed for further course of action(Example – hose twist)
• Pressure test for 1E0515A hose completed and proved customer that defect it not at vector.
• Dk hose problem killed and proved customer we are following as per standard
• Take overed the SQEP platinum award workings and made success – 9th consecutive years
• Old coupling with plating issue are segregated inhouse and sent for replating and made a parts ok
• Improper plating issue coupling from anchor segregated and got a credit note – issue coupling sent for replating with technical spec
and made a profit of 9 lakhs to our organization .
• Manufacturing month celebration conducted and made it success
Tube assembly

• New customer orchelin added & PPAP approved

• 426 & IDC part number PPAP – uploaded on time and it is approved by the customer without any
quality complication
• For ISO- Quality management system all documents have been devised from the scratch & we
bagged certification without any non conformance
• All Customer, Supplier rejections & inhouse complaints are closed with proper 8D
• The Inhouse PPM trend is lying below the boundary
• Daily monitoring of cut samples in brazing operations to prove customer that our process is stringent.
• Master & cut samples for each process stage is created & educated to the people
• Customer Complaint tracking & resolving with all quality documents
• MRC closed as on date with proper disposition action
• Immediate action to all customer complaints & analyzed for further course of action

• With better Hands-on experience to handle the circumstance in any environment of
customer & supplier.
