STATEMENT OF INQUIRY

‘Conflict may arise from unequal interactions between


different human communities which can set the ground
for the demand of fair development and equal distribution
of power.

The first primary source is the actual broadcast by President Kennedy telling the Americans about the
Cuban act of aggression

The second primary source is the actual archival letters from President Kennedy and Premier Khrushchev
to understand the flurry of information that led to both breakdown of cooperation and establishment of an
infinitely fragile peace

The first secondary source is official websites like Reuters that mention that impacts of the establishment
of NATO, the Warsaw Pact and the Policies and schemes incorporated by both the United States and the
Soviet Union (like the Berlin blockade)

The second secondary source is journal monographs about individuals living in Soviet or American
spheres of influence, to infer the impact the polarization of political power had caused changes to the social
and economic structure of the people.
ACTION PLAN
