1. Get the input Image
2. Obtain the Green Channel of an image
3. Apply histogram equalization to improve the contrast (Let it be
image J).
4. Apply Top Hat Transform to the contrast enhanced image with
a disk shaped structuring element of radius 10.
5. Add the output image obtained from above step with image J.
6) Apply Bottom Hat Transform to the image J with a
disk shaped structuring element of radius 10.
7) Subtract the result obtained from step 6 with the
result obtained from step 5.
8) End the process.
 Subtracting the opened image from the original
image.
