Introduction
• Bar is the place where alcoholic, non-alcoholic and mixed drinks are
sold.

History of cocktail:
There are many history how the word cocktail origin, Early days
cocktails are known as mixed drink or blend drink until a lady who owns
the bar offered cock’s tail feather to stir the drink.
Definition
• A cocktail is an alcoholic mixed drink. Most commonly, cocktails
are either a combination of spirits, or one or more spirits/
fermented beverage mixed with other ingredients such as fruit
juice, flavored syrup/ simple syrup, citrus, or cream.
