 Make Learning From Incidents more effective and engaging by supporting people to internalise the learning using a structured
engagement method

 Introduce the learning engagement tool using a maritime theme (mooring)
 Focus on ‘risk normalization’ and ‘situational awareness’.
 Support the maritime contractors in focusing on the mooring safety campaign in Q2 2015
 Up skill engagement leaders by improving group discussion skills
 Provide a platform where meaningful safety discussions can occur

Typical Session

 Session is about 30-40 minutes (This is an investment of people’s time, so it must be taken seriously and
