 EHSQ System will allow the permitted users to upload the documents
into the system.
 User has to select the division or company to upload their relevant
document as per their nature of business.
 After selecting the company, they have to choose policy category to
upload. Below is the list of categories in the system.

 EHSQ system allows the users to do the single document to

upload multiple divisions. This feature allows the user to
select more than company or division to upload the same
kind of policy/document for them.

 Once the upload is done and the same document will be

uploaded into the all the selected companies and/or

divisions. Any policy which is already in that category will
be moved to obsolete folder.

 EHSQ Digitalization System will allow the Quality team to
enter the observation against the employees or any
department/division.
 System keeps all the observation and the corrective action
will be taken against the observation if required. This
observation has been linked with the employee performance
system.

 EHSQ user can raise the Quality related observation
to the user who is not meet the standard of Quality.
If the observation type is selected as Quality, then
the observation category will be loaded based on the

 EHSQ System is allowed the Quality team to maintain their

training documents into the system. Also, system will allow
them to keep the records of the attendees for the training
attended it.

 If the employee is not performed after getting the training,

then the system send notified to attend the training until

 EHSQ system will keep track of the users about their

performance on monthly basis. System allows the
management employees to do the assessment about their
related employee’s performance.

 Management will take an action against the employee’s

depends on the performance and their target set it up by
them. If anyone is not meet their requirements then
