Currently all the non marking compound s are produce in central mixing plant and color out issue is the
major quality issue for non marking compounds. Also highly increasing trend is there for color out quality
issue. Compound samples are cured in a lab press and color variations are identified by naked eye.

Current issues with Visual color testing's

01.Numeric specification is not available.
02.Results may differ from operator to operator.
03.Can not assure the exact color of a batch

Hence there is no scientific method is being used to analyze color variations and operator dependable 5 – Action Plan
color variation quality issue is increasing. Also there are customer complains due to color out issue.

2. Reducing internal reject level due to color variation by 10%.
