Resiliency in Learners
In the context of disasters and emergencies,
the well being and mental health of children
are dependent on their resilience as this
involves an individuals capacity to face,
overcome, and can be strengthened or
transformed by the impact of these events.

The International Resilience Project (1995)

posits (3) sources of resilience or factors that
help children overcome adversities.

“Able to acknowledge and express my feelings”

I HAVE
“The capacity to regulate my emotions and find solutions
to challenges.”
