Equipment Mobilization Plans

 A rig survey and inspection would be required once the rig is on location
to enable proper planning. Our field team are on standby to go for this
at the shortest notice

 The mobilization of equipment and personnel for the execution of the

project will be done from our Port-Harcourt base once we get a
mobilisation request from the H-PTP team

 A detailed plan will be prepared after the inspection of the drilling site
is carried out by our Field crew.
 2-3 Trucks will be needed for mobilization of equipment and other
required items to site

Equipment Load Out Schedule- Load Out Plans

The Synix-OMSL Team shall in the course of contract execution be
responsible for :
 The load out of equipment, fabricated structures, consumables, fittings
e.t.c onto transportation trucks
 Provide and install lifting slings for load-out

 Inspection and test running of equipment for the H-PTP QAQC team before
Load out
 A comprehensive list shall be compiled for all items on trucks. This list
shall also act as checklist to ensure that all required items have been
loaded on trucks.
 The items list shall contain the equipment description/name, quantity on
the location on truck

Equipment Load Out Schedule – Load out Sequence

 Plant and Equipment:
 After Premobilization inspection and certification of all plant and
equipment, they shall be moved from our warehouse to load-out point ,
prior to transfer to client work site.
 Prefabricated items:
 All Prefabricated structures such as centrifuge skids, gratings, stands
shall be properly tagged and arranged for transportation to the work
site.
 Operational items:
 All operational items such as hoses, fittings, screens , cables shall be
properly arranged for Subsequent transportation to the worksites.
Required quantities and spares will be made available.
 Personnel:
 All personnel shall be transportation to work site by our logistics
operations from Portharcourt.

Challenges Mitigation
 All equipment are installed with requisite sensors to ensure easy
troubleshooting.
 We have highly trained and experienced personnel that can respond
to any operational issues, as each crew consist of a mechanic, an
electrician and a welder.
 We ensure that spares that are prone to failure made available on
site.
 To account for all eventualities, we have in place a 24hr operational
support and logistics team.
 The team should ensure that sufficient skips quantity are always
available.

Personnel work breakdown structure

The field team shall consist of 2 crews of 3 personnel, with each crew running

the 12 hours shift. Each crew shall consist of a supervisor a mechanic and an

Electrician for prompt turn around time for repairs and maintenance during

any tour operations.
