3. Empowerment and providing positive support to teachers - teachers need
to be empowered in making decisions for their classes and in
the subjects they teach. Trust and support for teachers are

7. Establishing linkages and collaboration with parents, community, and all
stakeholders - there is an old African proverb that says "it
takes a village to educate a child" which simply mens that
ensuring support and participation of all stakeholders in
every school activities and encouraging parents to have
active role in the educaation of their children are essential.
