Program Feedback
Feedbacks are very important to us as an organization and also for you as the end-users. Our teams work
around the clock to make your experiences best and journey fruitful. We will ask 4 feedbacks from you in
your whole journey with us:
Live virtual class feedbacks- This will be asked on your LMS after every live session you have. This will
give us a good idea of how your sessions are proceeding and teaching is done
Quarterly program feedback- This feedback will be taken after you complete your first 2 months of the
program
Mid program feedback - This feedback will be taken after you complete your half of the program.
End program feedback- This feedback will be triggered at the end of your program.

Please make sure you take out 5 minutes of your time to provide these feedbacks with proper comments.
Our program manager will be following up with you after gathering your feedback to correct the issues.
Key Do's and Don'ts
Do's:

✔ Be serious about the Program and take responsibility and ownership for your success or failure at the Institute.
✔ Actively participate in peer discussions and concentrate in sessions to broaden your horizons and make the most of the program.
✔ Maintain consistency throughout the program in terms of the studies and assessments. Learners are expected to take up all
assignments, tests, and examinations of this Institute seriously and try to perform the best.
✔ Do take time to review your current studying strengths and weaknesses. By understanding yourself better, you'll be able to
maximize your strengths while overcoming your weaknesses.
✔ Do finish the readings that are assigned for each session so you can be better prepared for understanding and questioning the
lectures and participating in discussions.
✔ Do develop a good note-taking system both for reading assignments and for session lectures.
✔ Do read announcements/circulars displayed on the Website/Olympus - LMS.
✔ Use only courteous and polite language and behave with decorum with the faculty, staff, and students.
Key Do's and Don'ts

Don'ts:

o Don't get in the habit of skipping sessions. Attending sessions is a critical component of learning the material and session notes are
often a key part of understanding.
o Don't panic if your grades are not where you hoped or expect them to be, but do develop a plan of action to improve your grades.
o Don’t use unfair means to clear the assessments. This will hamper your learning process and will result in strict disciplinary actions.
o Don’t talk or act in any manner in a way that would bring disrepute to the Institute
