with Retro Reflective type. He must be
provided with a whistle to alert people

Flagman must not stand at the rear side of the
equipment because he cannot see the operator
and operator cannot see him.

FLAG MAN MUST BE AWAY FROM THE SWING
DISTANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT IN ACTION AND
THE SWING AREA MUST BE BARRICADED FOR
UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY 8
