 Objectives
To have common understanding on the
design of the evaluation study as well as to
discuss the schedules, roles, and
responsibilities.

Outputs
 Participated the discussion of design of
the evaluation study and enhancement of
questionnaires; and
 Provided some suggestions on the Key
Informant Interview (KII) questionnaire
for farmers;
Ways Forward
 For the MED to finalize the sampling size
and questionnaires in preparation for the
cascading of evaluation study to the
regional evaluation team.
 For the regional participants to cascade
the evaluation study and questionnaires
in preparation for the proposed schedule
of evaluation in the region. This will be
done upon routing of enhanced
questionnaires.
