Instructions:
• Write down a definition of
the word “burn out” (don’t
look in the dictionary)
Burn out

Definition:
Overworked or exhausted,
especially to the point of no longer
being able to maintain a particular
level of performance or dedication.
If you keep working nights and
weekends, you're going to get
burned out.
Why can people be burned out?

• Ask 3 different classmates (in break out rooms)
• Follow the next format
• Then, share your results in the chat:
• 5 affirmative answers = you’re a stress ball
• 4 affirmative answers = you’re anxious
• 3 affirmative answers = you’re a regular guy/girl
• 2 affirmative answers = you’re a cool guy,
• 1 affirmative answers = you’re Mr. Fresh himself
