1. Job Alerts should are enabled in Setup and Maintenance


• Seeded as Enabled and 1 Day pick-up period for all countries and verticals
• Alerts will fire 1 Day after the job opening is posted – 1 Day is the minimum
• Only the last 5 job alerts will fire and the ESS jobs should be running daily
2. Ensure Employee Persona has Subscribed to Job Alerts
• Me > Job Openings > Job Alerts
3. Ensure Employee Persona has Subscribed to Job Alerts for the relevant role(s) on their Careers of Interest
