outweigh your resources to successfully cope.

Without stress we didn't grow . We can manage our
life so that we survive the emotional down times
without stress to engulf us.We can work to
eliminate controllable stress factors. We can reduce
or control it when stress is constant or too great .We
should not live our life in emotional stress and
discomfort. Stress can be successfully managed.
