STRESS
• We experience this stress when we are
potentially hazardous situation. When we
are afraid that someone or something may
physically harm us, our body naturally
responds with a burst of energy so that we
will be better able to fight the danger or
escape it all together. Since the main
function of this stress is to help us
survive, we call it the survival stress.

INTERNAL
STRESS
• Internal stress is when people make
themselves stressed on their own. This
often happens when we worry about
things we cannot control. It also covers
putting oneself in situations that we know
will cause us stress. Since the source of
stress lies somewhere in our personality
or in our way of thinking we call it
internal stress.
ENVIRONMENT
AL STRESS
• This is a form of stress that is in
response to things around a such as
noise, crowding and pressure from
work or family. Identifying these
environmental stresses and learning to
avoid them or manage or deal with
them will help lower our stress level.

FATIGUE AND This kind of stress build up over a long
period of time and can take a toll on our
OVERWORK body. It can be caused by working too
hard at our too hard on our jobs, school
or home. It can also be caused by not
knowing how to manage out time well
or how to take out time for our rest and
of their control relaxation. This can be
one of the most hardest kinds of stress
to avoid or manage as people feel it out.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
• Stress management is a wide spectrum of techniques and
psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's level of stress,
especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of and for the
motive of improving everyday functioning.
• Stress produces numerous physical and mental symptoms which vary
according to each individual's situational factors. These can include a
decline in physical health as well as depression. The process of stress
management is named as one of the keys to a happy and successful life
in modern society.
