About the topic

Through the theme of The Practice of Music, I begin to portray the
idea that music being practiced is a key component of one's emotions
through patterns, colours and shapes. My initial intention was to look
at something in my personal life and bring forward different pieces to
fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. As a pianist, I did this by using
materials from my day to day life such as instruments as well as
people who practice this art and looked at different ways to
incorporate this into my artworks such as through using a variety of
artistic techniques, exploring different styles and using inspiration
from different artists.
