Scotch Egg
Scotch egg – is boiled egg wrapped in
sausage meat coated in breadcrumbs
and baked or deep-fried

Scotch egg – is a common food among


the Bristish

It is originated from the country of


England.

Ingredients:
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- One piece egg (beaten)
- Flour
- Bread Crumbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Procedure:

1. In a large bowl, combine, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix well.


2. Dip the egg with in the beaten egg mixture, and then roll on
the bread crumbs until fully coated.
3. Heat a deep cooking pot and pour-in cooking oil.
4. When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the coated eggs until the
color turns golden brown. Note: Do not wait for the oil to
smoke before deep frying. This will easily burn the bread
crumbs. Fry using medium heat.
5. Transfer the cooked eggs in a plate lined with paper towels.
Let excess oil drip.
6. Serve. Share and enjoy!.
