Mr Jamaluddin Chowdhuryis the Chairman and encompasses a great deal of recognition in the
business community of Bangladesh. His accomplishments has spearheaded the Shipping industry in
Bangladesh and has lead him to be the pioneer in the sector. Mr Jamal has represented and
introduced some successful multinational companies in the Shipping, Dredging, Airlines and Oil &
Gas sectors. As a prominent businessman, his public and private sector relationships provide a
highly competitive edge for his own as well as international principal company’s.
Mr Khatib Chowdhury is the director of business development, studied in Canada and the UK, his
ambitions are to spearhead the companies pragmatic expansion and streamline management
processes in line with international standards. His intrigue in modern progressive business
methodologies has led to the creation of a robust corporate governance with strong principles. With
each of his role’s and projects undertaken, there has been a strong emphasis on setting up detailed
digital platforms and software's that ensure accountability and efficiency.
Mr Syed Abrar Hussain (General Manager) is the financial planner of the company. He completed
his graduation from Dhaka University and later on completed Chartered Accounting course from
ICAB. He was one of the inducers of the containerised shipping trade in Bangladesh. Mr Syed has
extensive financial and budgetary exposure in all statutory, compliance and regulations aligned with
Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Board of Investment.

Captain Mohammad Ali (Executive Director) is a master mariner with extensive experience and
know-how in commercial and technical ship management. Having worked for industry leaders such
as Wilhemson Maritime Services, he has developed specialised expertise in handling ship agency
works. He is a prominent figure in the Marine fraternity of Bangladesh and has a solid report with
port and customs authorities
