Since 1989 the growth of the Printing coupled with packaging printed industry is over 14% and this growth is
primerely due to spread of education , according to data 2001 census report, india's literacy rate has reached
nearly 66% and it still growing Which directly affect the rise of the circulation of their regional papers.

According to national srvey,248 million literate adults still don’t read any publication yet the readership of
newspaper and magazines is up by 15% since 1998  to 180 million,which reflect India  as a country
of educated younger.

Newspaper publishing which constitutes around 87% for the segment in 2008, is expected to grow to Rs184.8
billion in 2013 while Magazine publishing is expected to grow to Rs28.8 billions in 2013 from 21 billions in
2008 at CAGR of 6.5%.

Print advertising is expected to have a CAGR of 8.0 % and grow from 103.5 billion in 2008 to 152 billion

platform,

Findings
Consumer Behavior- How consumer react in different situations, and their basic needs, want and
demand, what consumer expect from market and what companies offer.

Content Creation- I learnt how to create content through creative writing and create content for
company. I wrote an article on "Artificial intelligence in business"

Sales Technique- I got to know about sales pitch ,Lead generations, lead follow up, and then lead
conversion into sales.

Need creations- Demand creation is an important skill that I acquired through my internship. I relate
my product to their day-to- day activities and try to convince customer to buy the product.
Recommendations

 Based on survey and other relevant study I will recommend 


  Company should design a product for students who are
preparing for general competitions.
 Company should also includes top school syllabus books
for all Grades.
 They should add more Newspaper which are left yet
demanding, eg. The Hindu
 They must work with Top B school to provide students
with books on personal and professional development and
more.
Conclusion and Learning outcome

Conclusion:- The overall internship experience was very delightful, I have developed


following skills

 Learning Outcome:- I improved my sales, communication, persuasion skills, also identify
my weakly range and try to overcome it and develop te work habits and attitude necessary
for professional success. I improved my communication, interpersonal and other important
skills during my internship
