• TRUCK TIPPLERS

stage hydraulic piston cylinder.
• STACKER -
Stackers are bulk stockpiling machines that are used to stack material in stockyards in
different shapes according to specific requirements.
• RECLAIMER –
Reclaimers are volumetric machines and are rated in m3/h (cubic meters per hour) for
capacity, which is often converted to t/h (tonnes per hour) based on the average bulk
density of the material being reclaimed.
• BULKER UNLOADING SYSTEM-
Fly ash conveying systems are generally used for unload fly ash from bulker to
storage silo which is on height.
 VRM Cement Mill
The vertical roller mill (VRM) is well known as the preferred mill for grinding
of raw materials. Its grinding efficiency combined with its ability to dry, grind
and classify within a single unit gives it a decided advantage over other systems,
such as the ball mill or roll press.

 COAL MILL
A coal mill is also called a coal pulverizer or coal grinder. It is a mechanical device used
to grind raw coal into pulverized coal powders. The most used coal mills in cement
plants are air-swept ball mills and vertical roller mills.
