Technical Adviser

• 1. Each Group from the Engineering, Computer Studies and Business Department (for
Feasibility Study only) shall be assigned one Technical Adviser;

• 2. All thesis subject with project development and implementation shall have a
Technical Adviser;

• 3. All Feasibility Study subjects shall have a Technical Adviser;

• 4. The Technical Adviser shall help the students with the technical aspect of the
research work of the groups assigned to him/her;

• 5. The Technical Adviser for the BS Business Management should be an Accountant

and will likewise help in the Financial Aspect of the Feasibility Study; 6. The Technical
Adviser shall not be responsible with the thesis manuscript and its content and
grammar;

• 7. The Technical Adviser shall regularly meet his/her thesis groups. Meetings with the
Technical Adviser shall not be less than five meetings;

• 8. The Technical Adviser shall be present during the defense of his/her thesis groups;

• 9. The Technical Adviser shall make his/her rules clear to the thesis groups assigned
to him/her so as to avoid conflicts and missed deadlines;

• 10. The Technical Adviser shall only begin his/her professional relationship with
his/her assigned thesis groups upon receiving a request letter and signing of the
proof of acceptance;

• 11. Technical Advisers shall only be paid upon the completion of their tasks and the
submission of the consultation forms and signed certificates.
