My main duties
• Strategic visión:
• means have full understanding of company goals and therefore find out how to use information technology
innovations to contribute to get those goals
• Human Capital managemet:
• Means built and keep on the best team posible. It doesn´t mean all members are the best, means everyone knows
absolutely well his/her role and his/her role, deliveries and how & when to help others when they need it. Also means
everyone works for the group objetives and benefict.We are a knowledge base área (remember IT change a lot), then
our knowledge need to managed to keep it up to date
• Financial Management:
• Money is a key resource as well. We must to take care of our Budget, then we need to be very Smart to optimize our
investments and our expenses.
• Project Management:
• Projects we do enable business progress. Our company is vey big, then it is impossible to do anything without
technology. Projects we do deliver high value to our company.
• Managing conflicts
• For do this, it is key: listening very carefully, specially facts instead of feelings. In case of doubt put always customer
first. Make decisión based on company goals, budget and people you have and finally…. take risks if it is necessary
