Delivery method:
- Medal will be put on the table => volunteer will get the medal from the table to give it to the athletes
• Indi: volunteer will work in couple. 1 give the medal, 1 mark on the wristband when giving medal
• Relay: volunteer will ask if all team members are here. If yes, they will give the number of medal based on the number of
athletes there. If no, volunteer will check on the list how many team members from their team
- Medal rack is for medal display ONLY
- Volunteer remind athletes will be responsibility by themselves if the medal is broken after they leave the medal area
- Number of volunteers:
• May 7th: 3 pax
• May 8th : 8 pax 11
