ATM SECURITY SYSTEM

INTRODUCTION

In today’s world, money can be required at anytime or

anywhere such as shopping, travelling or health
emergencies etc.
Here in this project we are going provide the at most
security since it is taking the keypad as the
authentication for our account.
The need of money can only be satisfied when you are
carrying money with you. That also increases the risk of
getting robed. Bank is a safest place to keep money.
The micro controller reads the data from the scanner.
The micro controller allows those users, who are
authorized to operate the account.
If any unauthorized user tries to operate the account
the micro controller switches on the security alatmega
controller. The total information about the account
holders is stored in the EEPROM.
 Keypad is used to enter the password to operate the
account or Locker. In present days, computer becomes
a main part of human beings for storing information.
This information is up to some extent is a secured
one. For example the details of employees and
OBJECTIVE

The main objective of this project is to provide more

security to the ATM system.
If user selects biometric option on the screen, system
should get biometric pattern information from stored
database and should match the information with current
scanned fingerprint.
LITETRATURE REVIEW

Khatmode Ranjit P prosed stytem which study the bsystem,

which is used for ATM access to cash withdrawal with more
security. In this system, Bankers will collect the customer
keypads and mobile number while opening the account then
only customer can access ATM machine. The working of
system will start when our customer goes at ATM center.
M.S.Umamaheswari ATM transactions. Due to tremendous
increase in the number of criminals and their activities, the
ATM has become insecure. ATM systems today use an
access card and PIN for identity verification.

BLOCK DIAGRAM DISCRIPTION

In this project we are at328 / Arduino ,keypad

module and iot.
The keypad modue use for enroll and acess user.
iot use to send api.
If keypad is match the api will be send by the iot.
If keypad id not match LCD display authentication
fail.
If all authnetication are ok turn on DC motor.
AUTOMATED TELLING MACHINE

 "ATM" stands for Automated Teller Machine. This machine

allows the account holder to have transactions with their
own accounts without allowing them to access the entire
bank's database.
ATM machine was 1invented by John shepphardbaren on
June 1967 at Barclays bank in Enfield, United Kingdom . In
India, Hong Kong and Shanghai banking corporation
(HSBC) installed first ATM in 1987.
atmega controller

The atmega controller is a general purpose 32-bit

micro, which offers high performance and very low
power consumption.
The atmega controller architecture is based on
Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC)
principles, and the instruction set and related decode
mechanism are much simpler than those of
microprogrammed Complex Instruction Set
Computers (CISC).
LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display. LCD is

finding wide spread use replacing LEDs (seven
segment LEDs or other multi segment LEDs)
because of the following reasons:
1. The declining prices of LCDs.
2. The ability to display numbers, characters
and graphics. This is in contrast to LEDs, which
are limited to numbers and a few characters.
ADVANTAGES

Prevents unauthorized use or access

Adds a higher level of security to an identification
process
Eliminates the burden and bulk of carrying ID cards
or remembering Pins .
APPLICATIONS

Researchers have successfully used ultrasound to

regenerate dental material
Can be used in oceanic research centers.
Can be used in Mining to detect presence of dreadful
gases.
