What is BMI
 It is a measure of body fat based on
your weight in relation to your height
 It is more of an indicator than a direct
measurement of a person’s total body
fat
 As the BMI score increases, so does the
person’s total body fat increases

18.5-24.9   Normal  

25-29.9  Overweight  

30-34.9  Obese
