Design Brief: GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION:

The design brief was to design a group housing providing all the LATITUDE: 28degree 24’ 36” N
necessary amenities. LONGITUDE: 76degree 56’ 08” E
• Site is located in sector 90, Gurgaon, Haryana which is of total ALTITUDE: 217 Meters. (above sea level)
area 18.64 acres (75,645 Sq.mts).
• Permissible FAR:- 1.5 Submitted by 7th sem of batch (2018-23)
• Permissible Ground Coverage:- 35%
 In dead zones or inactive zones landscape will be
provided and the gap between the blocks can be also
used in emergency cases.
 There is sense of flow of the blocks can be seen and
subtle guidance's.

 Concept of the building is based on

Biophilic design which creates a space
more productive and healthy built
environment for people.
 It creates free accessibility into the
block with out confusions, and vibrant
which follows a pattern, overall it
creates a cluster but every block had its
individual zoning.
