In the above question, we have calculated the design
tensile strength when the 100mm leg of the angle was
connected to the gusset plate.

Repeat the same problem by connecting the 75mm leg of

the angle instaed of 100m leg.

Also, what will be the design tensile strength of the

angles are connected to gusset plate from Welded
Connection.
