SENSE OF EXPERIENCE AND EXPRESSION

Experience and expression are two of the most important aspects in designing the proposed ‘Tadhana’
skyscraper in Pueblo de Panay, Roxas City, for it addresses how the building is experienced by the community,
and how it expresses the image of the city and its people.

EXPERIENCE
Creates the overall pedestrian experience in the
immediate surrounding public spaces through the
design of the lower portion of the building, which fits
into the existing spaces, and defines new public
spaces.

EXPRESSION
Enhances the image of the place through the design of
the upper portion of the building, which creates views
and landmarks, and enriches urban fabric and skylines.
