New Book Form:

The Book ID is auto fill and not editable

In this form is where the admin can add new

book that is available in the library room. After
filling up the form it will be save to database.
New Student Form:

The Student ID is auto fill and not editable

Select the Course of the Student

Select the Year Level of the Student

Select the Semester of the Student

In this form is where the admin can add new

student that what to borrow a book to the
library. After filling up the form it will be save
to database.
 Issue Book Form:

For each student who borrows a book, the system as the Book ID and the Student ID, the
data well be in the Statistics form to see status of the book that is being borrowed.
Return Form:

When a student return a borrowed book back to the library, the librarian as the
student for his/her ID to confirm the Book.
Status Form:

This form is where the librarian can see the status of the
book that is borrow and the student who return it.
The Purpose of our System:

 The purpose of this library system is can give us access and manages the
resources in our library, this system will increase our library efficiency, save
the valuable administration time, lead to a better educational experience for
students and help them develop independent learning. Library system is
software that helps to maintain a database that is useful to enter new books
and records books borrowed by the members, with the respective submission
dates. It also reduces the manual record burden of the librarian.
