In previous lessons we understood that leadership has several types and we have also seen
how leaders do not always have only one type of leadership in carrying out their duties as a
leader.
Entrepreneurial Leadership, in particular, is leadership that is dynamic and can be applied to
various conditions and objectives within the entrepreneurial environment.
Entrepreneurial Leadership has 4 stages of implementation starting from starting a new
venture/business, social venture, family enterprise, and achieving organizational innovation

a. Your task is to choose one leader and analyze case studies that would fit one of the four
categories of entrepreneurial leadership implementation.
- Group 1: New venture/business
- Group 2: Social venture
- Group 3: Family enterprise
- Group 4: Achieving organizational innovation

a. Choose one leader and analyze their types of leadership perspectives (Charismatic
Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Entrepreneurial
Leadership).

d. If the person is an entrepreneurial leader, write down the categories of entrepreneurial
leadership implementation, and write down their entrepreneurial move
