concumtion . the duration of protection depends on
the type of product / formula of the paint. It can be

C. ANTI FOULING TOP COAT

1.ACI –AF 12
one component antifouling coating based on ion exchange technology. It provides cost efficient fouling protection. This is achieved by self polishing
characteristics reducing hull deterioration. To be used as finish coat in immersed environments only. Suitable on approved primers and tie coats on aluminium,
carbon steel and wooden substrates. Colours dark red
Recommended for under water hull in drydocking. The product can be used for long service periods up to 12 months as a part of a complete coating system.
2. ACI –AF 24
one component antifouling coating based on ion exchange technology. It provides cost efficient fouling protection. This is achieved by self polishing
characteristics reducing hull deterioration. To be used as finish coat in immersed environments only. Suitable on approved primers and tie coats on aluminium,
carbon steel and wooden substrates. Colours dark red
Recommended for under water hull in drydocking. The product can be used for long service periods up to 24 months as a part of a complete coating system.
3.ACI –AF 24 SUPER
one component acrylic, hydrolysing antifouling coating based on ion exchange technology. It provides good fouling protection. This is achieved through self
polishing characteristics reducing hull deterioration. rtificatesTo be used as finish coat in immersed environments only. Suitable on approved primers and tie
coats on aluminium and carbon steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures. Compliant with IMO Antifouling System Convention
AFS/CONF/26. Colours red, blue, white . Recommended for under water hull in newbuilding and drydocking. Suited for vessels such as barges and fishing
vessels, with drydocking intervals up to 24 months.
4.ACI AF – 36
one component antifouling coating based on ion exchange technology. It provides cost efficient fouling protection. This is achieved by self polishing
characteristics reducing hull deterioration. To be used as finish coat in immersed environments only. Suitable on approved primers and tie coats on aluminium,
carbon steel and wooden substrates. Colours red brown . Recommended for under water hull in drydocking. The product can be used for long service periods
up to 36 months as a part of a complete coating system. Suited for vessels operating in coastal service, such as barges and fishing vessels

5.ACI AF- 3060

one component state of the art chemically hydrolysing silyl acrylate antifouling coating. It provides excellent fouling protection and incomparable hull
performance. This is achieved through highly predictable and stable self polishing characteristics reducing hull deterioration, friction and speed loss. The initial
smooth surface provides a very good out of dock performance. To be used as finish coat in immersed environments only. It can be applied at sub zero surface
temperatures. Compliant with IMO Antifouling System Convention AFS/CONF/26. Colours dark red, light red Recommended for under water hull in newbuilding
and drydocking. Designed as a premium solution for vessels trading at a wide range of speed and activity, where the main focus is long term hull performance and
fuel saving. The product is designed for long service periods and can be used up to 90 months as a part of a complete coating system. Recommended for exposure to
both sea and fresh water during newbuilding outfitting.

6.ACI AF -6060
one component acrylic, hydrolysing antifouling coating based on ion exchange technology. It provides very good fouling protection. This is achieved through self
polishing characteristics reducing hull deterioration. To be used as finish coat in immersed environments only. Suitable on approved primers and tie coats on
aluminium and carbon steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures. Compliant with IMO Antifouling System Convention AFS/CONF/26.
Colours dark red, light red Recommended for under water hull in newbuilding and drydocking. Designed for vessels trading at a wide range of speed and activity.
The product can be used for long service periods up to 60 months as a part of a complete coating system,also Suitable for offshore constructions and outside hull for
static installations in deep sea. Suited for vessels operating in global service, including fresh water exposure during newbuilding outfitting. Recommended for deep
sea trade.

7.ACI AF - 9060
one component acrylic, hydrolysing antifouling coating based on ion exchange technology. It provides very good fouling protection and improved hull performance.
This is achieved through self polishing characteristics reducing hull deterioration, friction and speed loss. To be used as finish coat in immersed environments only.
Suitable on approved primers and tie coats on aluminium and carbon steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures. Compliant with IMO
Antifouling System Convention AFS/CONF/26. Colours Standard: dark red, light red (made to order: blue, black, green) Recommended for under water hull in
newbuilding and drydocking. Designed as an efficient solution for vessels trading at a wide range of speed and activity. The product can be used for long service
periods up to 60 months as a part of a complete coating system. Suited for vessels operating in global service, including fresh water exposure during newbuilding
