 We will reach the number of quality graduates to
become Professional Agricultural Engineers and
highly employable Agricultural and Biological
Systems Engineers by 2020 through the cooperative
efforts of high caliber, strong and competent faculty
members and healthy, well prepared studentry.

OUR MISSION
 We will uplift the Agriculture and Biological
System Engineering profession, the strong
advocacy and promotion of agriculture and
Fishery Engineering Mechanization in the region
and in the country in general.

 We will build and develop a strong and
dynamic Agricultural and Biological Systems
Engineering profession through the creation of a real
working team composed of strong and healthy
families of students and faculty members that both
motivates and inspires excellence of Agricultural and
