products/home appliances/kitchen appliances

Examples are many and comprises of unending list. Out of which, following are the two shared
ideas

1. Ceiling with Extendable Blades – for increasing the projected area hence increasing the Air Delivery

2. Mixer Grinder with inbuilt Hand Blender – Hand Blender which can be fitted inside the MG so that It
can be easily taken out and fitted back for minor grinding purpose and minimal wash
 Innovation 1 : Ceiling Fans

Fan being most common and most used product of any Indian house is easily overlooked due to
long life and minimal maintenance schedules. But, after introduction of new BIS guidelines,
Performance of the same has eventually deteriorated to a great extend.

Innovation 1:
Fitment of sheet on the ceiling fan blades in such a way that It can be extended in such a way that
the projected area of blade may increase to at least 35% of the actual blade area.
 Innovation 1 : Ceiling Fans

Step 1:
Blade will have extra sheets of metal/plastic depending on material of
blade. It will not be visible from viewer’s eye. That will be fitted by means
of some holding mechanism like magnet or screw type.

Step 2:
After activation, the attachments will pop-out to take
the form of blade extension. That will in-turn increase
the projected area of the blade for higher Air Delivery.

Step 3:
This image shows both, retracted and extended view of the blades.
This will be most appropriate for BLDC motor for uniform velocity.
 Innovation 2 : Mixer Grinder

Mixer Grinders are being used for a very long time and utility has been versatile. They have plenty
of jars and volumes to work with, they can be used for almost every daily task.
But public research shows that cleaning and washing has been the only parameter where whole
machine results to be a hassle.
That eventually gave the ideation initiation to hand blender where, it is simpler to wash and easy to
operate yet it has its own limits. Which is, it can not be used for heavy functions like grinding onion
or tough ingredients.

Innovation 2:
Mixer Grinder, whose grinding shaft can be used as a blender in case of any minor functions or can
be fitted back to the main body for any heavy functions.
 Innovation 1 : Ceiling Fans
Step 1:
Product will look like an ordinary Mixer grinder from view.

Step 2:
This product will be fitted with a hand blender within the Mixer
grinder such that It can be detached and re-attached in the
same. Power chord for both will be same.
Blender will have separate jar which can be jar itself for ease of
use. Blender will be used for minimal use of juicing and blending
few delicate ingredient
Where as, mixer with different speed setting will allow the user to
use with higher speed and settings for tough ingredients

Step 3:
Both will perform different task depending on the function required by the user.
